Even after I asked you,

The shorter the time between the thought (of practice) and the action (of practice) the better the result and there will be more follow through. 

Practice doesn't make perfect.

Perfect practice makes PERMANENT.

In fact, I want you to practice Practicing.

Sounds weird doesn't it.

Learn the skill of  "To Practice."

A skill of how to Install an "impressive skill set" into your body and your mind.

You must become your coach.

Exercise #1

Before you stop reading this, picture yourself getting out of the chair.

See yourself going outside and picking up your old spare racquet and practicing a few shadow swings outside for 5 minutes.

Can you feel the sense of satisfaction of how you feel after just doing the practice? 

The sense of well-being.

AHHHHHH 

        Taking small amounts of action towards your goal builds self-esteem and the self-image of someone who is a doer.

        A decision maker.

        A person who invests in themselves.

Are you a "Wannabe" or a "Doer"?

You have a choice Average or Awesome.
